Introducing: the healing powers of Bone Broth. Easy Bone Broth Recipe

The simplest way to make bone broth is to save grass-fed bones from other meals. You may also get the bones and carcasses from your local butcher.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon purified water

  • 1 oz apple cider vinegar

  • 3-4 lbs bones and tissues

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a large pot or slow cooker and bring to a boil

  2. Reduce to a simmer for 10–24 hours before letting it cool

  3. Strain through a cheesecloth and pour into smaller containers for storage

  4. Add salt, vegetables, and spices to taste

  5. Reheat as needed, preferably on the stove not the microwave as this may kill nutrients

  6. Enjoy the benefits!
