Cucumber Lime Spritzer Recipe


Ingredients

  • 4-6 medium cucumber slices

  • 3/4 ounces lime juice

  • 4-6 medium mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • extra cucumber slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lime juice together in a sturdy glass with a muddler or spoon.

  2. Fill a drinking glass with ice, then strain the cucumber and lime mixture into the glass.

  3. Pour the sparkling water into the glass.

  4. Garnish with extra cucumber slices.

  5. Enjoy!
