Immune Boosting Smoothies


Chock full of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory ingredients, these smoothies are a delicious way to support a healthy immune system!

Carrot Orange Vitamin C Booster Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 orange peeled

  • 2 regular sized carrots, washed

  • 1 cup purified water

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. De-segment orange into pieces.

  2. Peel and chop carrots.

  3. Core and chop apple.

  4. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. Enjoy immediately!

Mango Banana Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1 large orange, peeled

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Add water and milk to a high-speed blender.

  2. Add orange, banana, and turmeric to blender.

  3. Add frozen mango chunks last, then blend until smooth.

Berry Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 cup greens (we recommend spinach & kale)

  • 1 orange, peeled

  • 1 kiwi, peeled

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 to 1 cup purified water

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth & serve.
