Patriotic Popsicles


These patriotic popsicles are super easy to make, and perfect to serve for your Labor Day, the 4th of July, Memorial Day, or any day when you want to show your patriotism with a sweet treat. Paleo, gluten-free, and delish!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of plain yogurt (we recommend Greek for the extra protein!)

  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced or 1 cup raspberries

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt and coconut sugar in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Divide mixture into two bowls.

  3. Fold the raspberries or sliced strawberries into one bowl of yogurt, and the blueberries into the other one.

  4. Place mixture in the popsicle molds, and tap to release the air bubbles.

  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  6. Enjoy on a hot day, or bring them for your next patriotic party or event!
