1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
6 oz vanilla yogurt
1 large banana
6-8 ice cubes
1 tsp raw honey
3 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
optional: pinch nutmeg to garnish
optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Combine pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, spices, raw honey, and coconut milk (and optional protein powder), blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, top with nutmeg (optional), and enjoy!
