Pumpkin Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree

  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt

  • 1 large banana

  • 6-8 ice cubes

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • 3 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • optional: pinch nutmeg to garnish

  • optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Combine pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, spices, raw honey, and coconut milk (and optional protein powder), blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass, top with nutmeg (optional), and enjoy!
