Carrot Cake Juice Blend

Ingredients

  • 6 oz fresh squeezed carrot juice

  • 6 oz unsweetened vanilla cashew milk

  • 2 heaping T pumpkin purée

  • 2 T. Ground Carrot from juicer

  • 1 t. Coconut oil

  • 1/8 t. Ground Cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 t. Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Blend

  • Serve

  • Enjoy!


If you're craving something sweet, this is a much better choice!  The cinnamon helps balance blood sugar. The coconut oil and little bit of fat in the cashew milk slows down the impact of the natural sugar from the carrot juice. The spices boost the immune system.

My Favorite Smoothie

 

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Coconut Water

  • 1 c. frozen or fresh pineapple

  • 1 c. fresh or frozen mango

  • 1 kiwi, peeled

  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1-2 handfuls baby kale leaves

Instructions
  • Tip: The baby kale leaves are more tender (but not necessary).

  • Blend well and enjoy!  

  • I'm a right brain creator in the kitchen, so play around with the amount of ingredients.  

  • This smoothie should be sweet, but have a delicious green flavor. I prefer a thicker, more dense smoothie, feel free to adjust for your preferences.

Honey Crisp Apple Juice

 

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Honey Crisp Apple juice

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin purée 

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spices

  • Dash or two of ground Cinnamon 

Instructions
  • Blend & enjoy!

  • Please juice your own apples & be sure

       to use organic ingredients!

Better Than An Orange Julius
 

Ingredients

  • 12 tangerines or mandarin oranges

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 c frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 c frozen mango

  • 1 tsp MCT or coconut oil

 

Instructions

  • Peel 12 tangerines or mandarin oranges

  • Juice the tangerines/oranges

  • Put juice in a high speed blender

  • Add coconut oil or MCT oil

  • Add frozen banana, pineapple and mango

  • Blend until smooth

  • Enjoy!

Preworkout/Energy Shake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cashew milk

  • 1 c. Crushed ice

  • 2 T. PB Fit

  • 1/4 frozen banana

  • 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1-2 t. Cocoa powder

  • 2 t. Instant coffee (optional)

 

Instructions

  • Blend

  • Serve

  • Consume

  • Workout!

 

This makes a delicious preworkout boost of energy! Enjoy!

Sunday's Juice

Ingredients

  • Half a huge cucumber

  • 2 white carrots

  • 2 purple carrots

  • 3 celery stalks

  • 1 small beet

  • 2 gala apples

  • Half a lemon

Instructions

  • Blend

  • Serve

  • Consume

  • Enjoy!

Pumpkin-Spice Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder 

  • 2 tbsp local raw honey 

  • 2 tsp organic vanilla extract 

  • 2 cups almond or coconut mik

  • 1/3 cup organic pureed pumpkin 

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Dash of nutmeg

  • Dash of cloves

Instructions

  • Heat milk on stove

  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in, blend until smooth & enjoy!
