Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, diced 2 carrots, chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp ginger 6 cups vegetable broth 2 cups chopped kale Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Heat olive oil in a large pot.
