Apple Kiwi Juice
Ingredients 1-2 Kiwi fruits 1 Gala apple 1 celery stalk or 1/3 cucumber Directions Wash kiwi, apple, and celery or cucumber in running water and pat dry. Peel kiwi and cut into slices. Cut apple into slices and remove the core. Cut celery or cucumber into pieces. Use juicer to blend ingredients until smooth. Pour of ice and serve! Variations: Add spinach, kale, carrot, mango, orange, or berries to enjoy different flavors!

Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree 6 oz vanilla yogurt 1 large banana 6-8 ice cubes 1 tsp raw honey 3 tbsp coconut milk 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice optional: pinch nutmeg to garnish optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Directions Combine pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, spices, raw honey, and coconut milk (and optional protein powder), blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with nutmeg (optional), and enjoy!

My Favorite Smoothie
Ingredients 12 oz. Coconut Water 1 c. frozen or fresh pineapple 1 c. fresh or frozen mango 1 kiwi, peeled 1-2 handfuls of spinach 1-2 handfuls baby kale leaves Instructions Tip: The baby kale leaves are more tender (but not necessary).
