Carrot Cake Juice Blend


  • 6 oz fresh squeezed carrot juice

  • 6 oz unsweetened vanilla cashew or coconut milk

  • 2 heaping T pumpkin purée

  • 2 T. Ground Carrot from juicer

  • 1 t. Coconut oil

  • 1/8 t. Ground Cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 t. Pumpkin pie spice


  • Blend

  • Serve

So if you're craving something sweet, this is a much better choice!  The cinnamon helps balance blood sugar. The coconut oil and little bit of fat in the cashew milk slows down the impact of the natural sugar from the carrot juice. The spices boost the immune system.
