Paleo Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
Note: Requires an ice cream maker Ingredients 2 14 oz cans coconut milk (full fat) ½ cup pumpkin puree ½ cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ginger ⅛ tsp cloves ¼ tsp nutmeg Directions Note: Freeze ice cream base for at least 24 hours prior to making ice cream.
