Walking Challenge

One of my best friends gave me the idea to walk 19 miles a week. I thought, why not? It’s a great way to get out and improve my circulation and have a scenic way of exercise. What do I have to lose? A few pounds, some chub! Yes! I’m in!

What I decided to do was go a different route every time and go a different time of day, so the scenery was always changing. There have been a lot of people out and about but everyone has been very mindful of keeping at least 6 feet apart from each other. I love nature and flowers so here are a few photos I took while out on my Saturday morning walk.

I challenge you to do the same. What do you have to lose? I look at it as a way to support all the first responders, nurses, doctors, respiratory and therapists that have to be on the front line every day fighting for others lives and for their own. I honor them because Acupuncture physicians are not allowed to practice medicine right now… If you decide to do the 19 mile walk challenge, let me know!
