  • 1 c. Crushed ice

  • 2 T. PB Fit

  • 1/4 frozen banana

  • 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1-2 t. Cocoa powder

  • 2 t. Instant coffee (optional)

  • Serve

  • Consume
