Welcome! I’m Amy White, founder of The Points of Health. I’ve been immersed in the holistic health field for almost 20 years. I’m a Licensed Acupuncture Physician, Licensed Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, holistic health coach and nutritional coach. I have studied and embraced these different modalities because of their profound healing effects, especially when used together.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Together we will work to reach your health goals in areas such as reducing pain, achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, decreasing headaches/migraines, boosting energy and promoting wellness. As we work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
