One Bowl Meal: Black Rice, Black Beans & Avocado
I love “one bowl” eating. Keeping it simple here with black rice, black beans topped with avocado. In Traditional Chinese Medicine avocado is good for your liver, nourishes your blood, and lubricates the lungs and the intestines. It is also good for beautifying the skin and can be helpful with ulcers. It is a great tonic for nursing mothers.
