Carrot Orange Vitamin C Booster Smoothie

Chock full of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory ingredients, this smoothie is a delicious way to support a healthy immune system!


  • 1/2 orange peeled

  • 2 regular sized carrots, washed

  • 1 cup purified water

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cup ice (optional)


  1. De-segment orange into pieces.

  2. Peel and chop carrots.

  3. Core and chop apple.

  4. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. Enjoy immediately!
