Roasted Chickpeas

Satisfy your cravings for something salty and crunchy with protein-packed roasted chickpeas!


  • Cooked or canned chickpeas

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Optional: your favorite spices like curry powder, rosemary, thyme, cumin, paprika, or chili powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas.

  3. Spread chickpeas on a kitchen towel and gently pat dry.

  4. Once they are completely dry, toss them in olive oil.

  5. Transfer chickpeas to a parchment-lined baking sheet,

  6. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.

  7. Drizzle with olive oil and salt.

  8. Put baking sheet in preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes or until crispy.

  9. Spice to taste.

  10. Enjoy!
