Honey Lemon Ginger Salmon Recipe


  • 6 6 oz salmon filets

  • 6 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • 2 tsp ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper


  • In a bowl, whisk lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, honey, ginger, sea salt, and black pepper.

  • Pour marinade into baking dish

  • Lay salmon filets flesh-side down in marinade

  • Turn oven broiler on high

  • Position top oven rack 5-6 inches from heat source

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Coat with cooking spray or olive oil

  • Place salmon fillets skin side down and coat with remaining marinade

  • Broil for 12 minutes, rotating to ensure even cooking and to prevent burning

  • Serve with your favorite vegetables or healthy side dish and enjoy!
