Craving sugar? Your gut health could be out of balance. A common symptom of gut health imbalance is cravings. Heal the gut with probiotic-rich foods like kefir, sauerkraut, and fermented foods, and supplement with natural, whole food sourced supplements.

Eat a breakfast high in healthy fat and protein.
Be prepared – pack healthy snacks, prep meals for work, plan out your menu for the week.
Eat REAL food, minimize/avoid processed "food"
Rest and destress – try yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, acupuncture, massage, etc. to stave off stress-induced binges. Make sure you are getting adequate rest, as not sleeping enough can throw off leptin and ghrehlin levels which are responsible for appetite/satiation
Eat more nutrient-dense vegetables to increase fullness and satiation - enjoy them with healthy fats and proteins
