Chia Pudding with Mango, Kiwi & Berries

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

  • 1 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Stevia

  • A few of your favorite fruits: Mango, Kiwi, Raspberries, Blueberries, etc.

Directions

  1. Soak chia seeds in almond/coconut milk

  2. Add a splash of vanilla and a sprinkle of stevia

  3. Mix, then top with fruit

  4. Store in fridge overnight

  5. Wake up and enjoy this omega fatty acid and nutrient rich treat!
